 help turbo wont spool |

hi guys i a 5sfte with a ct-26 turbo and the turbo doesnt spool up at all from idle to max rpm it seems to be leaking oil on the compressor side and i have tried messing with the wastegate to see if it was stuck and it moves manualy and still no boost

The turbine on the exhuast side was completely destroyed and gone causing the turbine on the intake side not to spin by itself when the car is running, but still allowed it to spin freely by hand. The cause for this was a lack of oil to the turbo. But check your exhuast side to confirm.
