what is the problem

you can do that ^^^^ but your aftermarket stereo wires cannot be used. you will need to use the rca outputs to use the stock amp. otherwise you can fry the amp. As the amp uses line level input. the rca ouptuts in your stereo are line level. the regular wires are already amplified.
but if you really want to bypass the amp in the pic above if you look at the amp has an exit harness that has two female plugs. you need to find the male plugs. trust me.. take the center console out. There is no other way to access the amp  then take the amp out and disconect, an only then you will find the long harness i was pointing to. this harness is the same on all toyotas. it has 6 pins on one side and 10 on the other... looks like this.... http://carstereohelp.net/wireharness_Toyota3.htm those are the two plugs you need to look for. nevermind the radio.
