Hey everyone. I had this topic up a few months ago and had talked to several of you about parts that you were interested in. I had a family emergency come up and so this got put on the back burner for a while. Sorry for letting you guys down. How much for the gas door with hinge? Those little rectangular pop-out pieces in the drivers side knee panel, the drivers side kick panel, shifter trim? Shipping to 15024
