 Question about black strip between hood and bumper. |

I was actually wondering which one is the little black strip between the hood and bumper. I'm thinking it's 5, being that it is above 12...but I'm not really sure which one it is.

So, on my car, one side of the black strip is kind of warped. It's raised up higher than the other side. It looks weird when my hood is closed.
Well my question would be can I buy one without the other and be all set? EDIT: See where the black strip is raised up on the passenger side?
