I read in some posts, from some users, something about remove some CRYSTAL in 7AFE ecu, to rise the rev limit. but i cant find any good info or step by step or some kind of info about this.. Thanks ![]() |

Search function works great when you use the right keywords..... here's the link on the "how-to". With this the CEL will stay on and you need to check you local laws for legality in your area before attempting to modify your car..... (legality speech outta the way now lol)

the only way i can think of to raising the 7afe rev limit is to get a new ECU. Never heard of the crystal thing.
why do you want to raise the rev limit anyways? you know the higher you rev the 7afe the less horsepower you get....
