Drove a celica tonight! Options

Man was it ever a nice ride and it had some decent power. I was really impressed with it. I was going to buy it BUT I saw a good sized patch of rust on the drivers door, what a let down, 6 hours in my sisters crappy car, then driving this awesome celica only to find rust, dammit!!! Oh well I guess there will be others. But it was sexy thats for sure, it was black.

There are a few on auto trader this week, but last month was prime time for celica buying. If you are looking for a 94/95 celi in Ontario with original paint, IT IS GOING TO HAVE RUST. If you find one without, it was either painted, or a summer only car - wich will be way exp. Looking at what you wanted to spend, accept the rust and try to make freinds with someone who can give you a deal on paint. My 94 is original paint and the bottoms of the doors are getting bad. Once I land a job for post-grad, I am going to paint mine, thinking about a nice copper/orange metallic, just need to do a little custom body work, when I get time .
