Hi every1.jst joined the site recently so im a newb.Lol.neway 2 my prob.recently my abs light came on and now abs does not work as it has disabled its self.i have done the diagnotic test with a paperclip.And the code returned was code 23. wich is open or short curcuit in solenoid for the rear right wheel.does nebody have ne idea how 2 fix this?thanks,tys

The solenoid is inside the ABS actuator [box with all the brake lines in your engine bay].
The solenoids are what physically control where brake pressure goes. Could be wiring, but most likely the solenoid is bad, which means you have to replace the actuator. Which is a lot of cash, and a bit of a PITA [bleeding ABS lines sucks, and IIRC the actuator is held on by 5 sided bolts, so a normal socket set won't work]. -------------------- ![]() |
