What exactly do I need to make this change. Do I only need to buy the bumper cover? Or is there other parts I need to also get?

i think the foam should work from a 94, if not, im sure you can cut it enough to make it work well enough.
also... possibly the 4 push tabs in the top of the 'mouth' that attach to the crash bar MAY be different, or spaced differently. -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!
