hey guys i have a beams 3sge i have done new iridiaum plugs and have a apexi air filter pannel type in box is there any other usable mods i can do there isnt much info on these engines also i know the engine is high compresion etc an vvti but surely u could bolt on a caldina turbo manifold an sump an run 5psi with vvti what would be the main thing to doing this tuning an fuel ecu detonation

Do it! I'm always telling people to swap a redtop + turbo - your already halfway there - just do it
IMO the Caldina CT-20B is not really the way to go. get you a 3rd gen CT-20B so you'll have the seperate manifold or better yet get you a trusty [and cheaply replaced/rebuilt] CT-26, preferably ceramic, since you really don't plan to run above the turbo's efficiency range anyway.
I think the BEAMS would respond well to a low boost application if you tuned it right
