I was wondering... i believe my GT has the 6 speaker setup, and I wanted to know if keeping the factory amp would be a better option than using my headunit as my amp. This is because my headunit powers 50wattsx4channels, but i dont know if thats ok for the tweeters as well. Isnt the stock amp designed to take the 6 speaker setup however? does anyone have any opinion of what might sound better... using my headunit to power all the speakers or using the stock amp to? Thanks guys!

the reason i want an aftermarket headunit is because i like the versatility of the controls. i.e i like to be able to control my subwoofer volumes and also it has a highpass filter already integrated into it so my speakers dont emit bass. I have a pioneer PEH-5900 i believe. (at a steal too, 80 bucks for NEW) and dual T1 fosgate subs... i cant exactly afford an aftermarket amp atm, or i would be going that way. So is it ok to power the 6 speakers through my HU though? even tho it isnt 6 channel?
