On know how TVS of whatever it is, the throttle body like things right before the block and the intake manifold, opens at about 4k as I read on mr2.com, is there a way to by pass it to make it stay open, I am sure gains can come out of it?

The general thinking with Tvis is that its a good thing. It gives you low end torque and has many benefits. The only problem people have with it, is that it comes on too late. Many people install an rpm switch to take tvis control away from the ecu and set it to come on at around 3600rpm.
