 question on dashboard airbag |

Can someone please tell me whats holding the "flap" down on the pass. side air bag. Im talking about the little rectangle section where the air bag comes out of. Im asking because i removed my dash and now its open but it wont stay shut and i cant figure out what holds it down? btw nothing looks broken it just wont stay down like before..
SOMEONE please help me, i dont seem to get much help around here, I need to get my dash back on but I have to get this fixed first. |

hmmm, my air bag was blown when i got the car, and my little door thing stayed shut. maybe try some super glue? idk. g/l
