which would rally humanity to admit its faults and live forever in peace? an indefatigable superhero to punish evildoers or extra-terrestrials that would dominate us and force us to get along with the threat of annhiliation (sp?)?

a super-hero if you look @ any given one only controls a portion of the world, and "mainly" concentrates on larger criminals...aka an arch-nemesis.
they would never be able to bring peace to all of humanity, its just not what they do. An enslaving alien invasion wouldn't work either cause we'd attempt to kill them, or kill those that joined them, till we extinct ourselves. |
