I spose if you don't drive your Celica like Sports car you only use it from Park to Drive to Reverse and back and forth. SOME people, like myself, drive the automatic Celica's as if they were manuals, and shift from low to second to drive w/o OD...to OD when you hit about 105/110.

Automatics can be fun, and why not get a sweet shift knob. I see people spending goards of money on Veilside shift knobs...why not get a kick ass one for your auto...sweet man...if you got the extra change go for it!!!

Hehe that's how I shift, too. I can't stand the slow acceleration of DRIVE. Even though my car is turbo, it stills accelerates slow because of the damn DRIVE gear, but after 2500 RPM, it pulls very hard...feels like you just pushed the nitrous oxide button biggrin.gif
