Euro/japenese licence Plate, where can i get one

Anyone know where i can order one??? Any help would be appreicated guys. Thanks PAUL

I called DMV (dept. of Motor Vehicles) and they said ANY modifications (cutting, changing the color,) is against the law and you can be jailed and fined.
I was very disappointed cause I just put this grill and it looks so sporty. Then I put back my plate and it covered half of it up!
