Could a bad/slipping timing belt cause a spark plug to shoot out?

tighten down your spark plugs next time!

(answer is no) (secondary answer is you didn't tighten your spark plugs)

i tighten them to hand tight, i was told tighter could crack the housing or strip the threads, maybe hand tight and a quarter turn?
