I'm looking for some aftermarket speakers to replace the front door speakers. I can't seem to find any 8" speakers anywhere. Everything I find is 6 1/2" and they all say that I'd have to mod the door to make them fit.

Everything I find is 6 1/2" and they all say that I'd have to mod the door to make them fit. stock speaker size is 6.5" although it's a 8" hole. if you have the premium sound door panels however it'll have 8" speakers on the bottome, 4" up top, then the tweeters. i would like to upgrade my doors however to 8" speakers or better yet, new door panels, get alpine 4s and try to find some alpine tweeters. --------------------  Call me a traitor! See if I care. ;) |
