Could a bad/slipping timing belt cause a spark plug to shoot out?

IIRC the BGB calls for 13ftlbs. on the spark plugs.
the next time you install fresh plugs, once you tighten them hand tight, turn it the next 1/2 or so turn nice and slowly, you should be able to feel the washer "seat" against the head, once it does, your good. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
