 lower my celica, is it necessary to but a camber kit? |

i found some tein s springs and though about purchasing them. a friend of mine told me i would need a camber kit so that the tires stay flush against the ground. is this true?... if so how much do they typically run for i found some on ebay for like $7 (2 bolts)

how many cambers are in a set? what did you pay for them and where did you get em?
