I'm looking into getting 17" wheels and tires in the same package if I can. Someone I know ordered a package from tirerack.com and they wheels came with the tires on them already balanced. Is there another good place to get them.

Also, why is there such a big price range? Some are as cheap as $100 and some go up to $1000? WTF? Is there anything wrong with getting cheap 100$ rims?

And I also have no idea what makes a good tire. I need something that will grip through my aggressive turning when I drive (I take a lot of back roads where I live). But I don't want to sacrifice comfortability.

I've never bought any of this stuff so i'm kinda lost...

How do these look? Will they fit without any problem?

What do you think?

I'm having a little trouble finding out what looks good with my WHITE celica... suggestions?

that's the same size and offset I have and it looks great! Those particular wheels aren't exactly my cup of tea, but if you like them, then great! personally, I like gold, bronze, gunmetal, or black wheels, any of which would look great on a white car.

As for tires, go with some 225/45/17. You could probably fit a little bit wider, like 235/40/17 or even 245/40/17, but there's really no point if you're car isn't putting down high horsepower. You'll only lose a little bit of cornering ability with anything wider than that.
