Anyone here live close to Harrisberg, PA???, problem with a seller on this board... Options

I dunno if im posting in the right forum...but here goes. I having a problem with a seller on that I sent some money for some springs. He keeps on making excuses as to why he can't send me the springs or my money back. This has been on going since Sept 12th. Any close to Harrisberg, PA?

If you give out my personal information, there is going to be some serious issues with you, considering someone that lives at this house is an officer (can't say of what), its illegal as it is. I'm sorry to point that out. Secondly, your money has been sent. There were no excuses as to why they didn't come, your just not patient, and after one week, you started spamming my email and threatening me, therefore I started to stall as much as I could just to piss you off on purpose. When I came home, it wasn't to nice to have my parents wondering why the email is spammed with blabbering... you just aren't patient, I stated the issue, but you continued to bug. I don't steal people's money, but I am busy, and when I come home from work, I DON'T feel like driving 30 minutes to walmart to get a money order. Other than that, i'm not explaining a thing else.

Matt, as far as the switch thing goes. To be quite honest, I never knew what the hell you wanted to do. As far as I know you said you we were going to trade, and thats the last I heard about it - as far as how it was going to get shipped or when, I have no idea, and didn't see anything regarding it, I just began to think you did something else with it... I really don't care.
