The fact that his friend was in ICU for months and will never be the same because of him is punishment enough.

Most people dont see it that way, including the people that cause the damage. Its a fact. When you put blood, sweat, and tears into something you appreciate it more. When you have it built for you or Daddy gives you the keys to a hot rod things like this will happen. Kids are going to drive fast and play around in cars, we did it, some might still do it....  ..... But when you had them a fast new car, that they didnt pay for, build up, or doesnt even belong to them, this is the result, everytime.

But I totally agree that anyone under 20 should not be allowed something soo fast and powerfull. Of course even kids w/ pos Escorts and such will drive fast and do stupid stuff
