I just installed 25 mm spacers on my wheels, 15" x 6.5" with 38 mm offset. I love the look, but now the rear wheels occasionally rub the fenders, particularly if I hit a dip or hump with a little too much velocity.

oh, well now i know 25 is too much for me.
you probably needed 20 mm . Lowering the car will make it worst. you will probably need to roll in your fenders... tightening will makeit happen less frequent, but it will still happen. do you mind telling where you got themm -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years...
