Administrators,
Would it be possible to install a wiki on this site? I think it would be really useful for developing how-tos and gathering knowledge and information on our cars. Two examples that come to mind are an article on powered folding door mirrors (I think we pretty much know how to do it now but the info is scattered across a few threads) and enabling the water-cooled intercooler on the WRC (I don't think anyone has got it working the way Toyota intended, but people have unraveled some of the mystery). worse case, if you find a better method, or recipe, or way to do something, nothing wrong with saying
"i took this from [member name here]'s how to" blah blah blah after that you do blah blah blah "and i found that doing this next" blah blah blah "makes for a better finished project" adding that to your own thread, then having the community look it over to see that it is a better way of doing something could lead to how to method 1 and how to method 2 stickies. i got off topic, but the way mentioned above as well as by others would be easier on the site as the technology is already in place, is not as nice as the wiki features, but works none the less This post has been edited by jason: May 14, 2008 - 4:15 PM -------------------- you know why they put sheep at the edge of a cliff.... that way they push back!
