the guy odviously knows what he's doing since he has 2 jdm evo's. one of them is pictured with the celica. from what he said on the thread on this site and on ebay, he has the connections to make the car close to legal through some gray market law. if I had the money, no doubt I would be all over it. oh by the way, its a flordia license plate
