so I can't seem to stretch my shocks...aren't they supposed to stretch and compress easily? Mine are stuck in the same place and therefore I can't even install them.

here's a pic to describe it.


Mine is stuck like that so if I put it on, my door won't come down...

check to make sure they aren't stock on something.. mine had a stop to keep them from going up without going open normally to a certain distance..

what do you mean by that? Mine looks exactly like the pic and there is nothing on it except for these two small marks. I've put it on the door for like a day but the shock still hasn't gone down at all.

And they are both like this, messed up. Gonna take it to a autosupply shop tom and see if they know what's wrong, and buy new ones if they can't get them to work.
