I got a quote from a local shop that it would cost $450 to install tien lowering springs for my car. For those of you who did it yourselfs how long did it take you, what if any problems you ran into, and any advise you have. From just looking at the article in the how to secton it does not look like it would be that hard. I would love for me and my dad to do it insted of wastng $450.Thanks for the help.

The bad thing is that is a "friend" ,thanks for the help and yes D-man your right about search . Now i just have to find a way to fix my left back seat because it does not go down..the last person who owned it snapped the little pullly thing off.
