I got a quote from a local shop that it would cost $450 to install tien lowering springs for my car. For those of you who did it yourselfs how long did it take you, what if any problems you ran into, and any advise you have. From just looking at the article in the how to secton it does not look like it would be that hard. I would love for me and my dad to do it insted of wastng $450.Thanks for the help.

Just take the pully thing from the other side of the seat and screw it into the broken seat. I have done lowering springs on soo many cars I can do that in like 1.5 hours. Plus I didn't charge anyone anything. Well I did charge them for lunch. lol...
