 front lip on ebay - facelift or pre? |

I found this on ebay and it says 96-99 front lip.........to me it looks more like pre-facelift but I might be wrong ......what do you guys think?

hmmm NO i think its the 404a for the face-lifted
 it could be but you cant really tell.
