 front lip on ebay - facelift or pre? |

I found this on ebay and it says 96-99 front lip.........to me it looks more like pre-facelift but I might be wrong ......what do you guys think?

funny thing is i found that lip locally for sale (only cost me 40 so i turned around and sold it here for a small profit) and he said that it was for a 96. definitely not LOL. people don't know what they are talking about sometimes lol.
