A couple of subtle styling mods.

I like that door-catch! any idea on part number? might have to pop into a Lexus dealer

It may be that the cover is PNC 69410A but that is a wild guess. But to be honest, I'd suggest ringing around scrap (junk) yards to find which currently have Lexus' then just going along with a big hammer and a decent screwdriver set with a long handled driver.
