Hi, i recently bought a cooling plate for the car and i tried installing it yesterday but ran into some issues.
First my hood support bar (bar to hold the hood up) was not locking down correctly with the plate installed and also the hood wont close properly...i blame my hood support bar to be the problem here (i think it is pried a bit since it runs really close to the hood latch...even touch it a little). I want to see pics of yours (locked down) to see what shape it should have and where it should run...ill try to get a pic of mine soon. btw, what is the correct name for that bar...(if i want to order a new one)? TIA |

If you have the one from Vincent Doggy, then here is what the bar should look like before you put the hood down:
![]() the prop just snug fit in place Or you can just take it out completely and leve it in the trunk like some of the other members have done. -------------------- |
