I was thinking to buy the C-1 replica hood for my car but i dont want to leave it carbon fiber black i wanted to paint match it to my car but is there anything special i need to do because its carbon fiber?

done the same way as anything else no its not, you have to sand the clearcoat off very carefully with some special sandpaper. If you go past the clearcoat you will ahve to get another hood because the CF will be ruined.
