I need a valve that only opens when the throttle is fully engaged (hard acceleration) but stays closed then idling/cruising.

so what you would basically like to do is split up the runner in a way to basically have one side closed for velocity then open the other "butter-fly" to allow more volume, right?
very rough but is this somewhat what you mean? __________________ __________________<-plenum opening [][] [][] [][] [][] <-dual runners O[]-O[]-O[]-O[]---~ <-butterfly's to open/close secondary runners controlled by vacuum if so -they do have this for the 7afe. I have the head and intake I will try and post pictures tomorrow.
