I was thinking to buy the C-1 replica hood for my car but i dont want to leave it carbon fiber black i wanted to paint match it to my car but is there anything special i need to do because its carbon fiber?

It's still a paint job; and you'd treat it like anything else that's already been painted/coated. Dont go ballistic on the sanding. You just wanna create a toothing for the prime to stick. Preferably wetsand. regular will work too, it'll just take longer/more work to achieve the same results. prime, resand & spray using a matching OEM color. (located on your VIN sticker.) or whatever color you wanna use. nothing special too it. Basic job.
