anyone know how to change the licence plate light. i looked on the outside and saw that all the bolts were rusted. is this how in suposte to change these.

It's only held on by suction at this point. Once it's off you can pull the bulb out. Don't let rust scare you. Did you even TRY? i think he wanted to say that he cant unscrew the bolts normally because rust"eated" theyr head. |
