Whenever I unplug this, my car does not start. The battery will come on, but not turn over. I guess it's some kind of security thing that was installed on my car. Does anyone else have it..? Or could someone tell me exactly what it is called?

Like having 2 keys. It's a 2 piece portable kill switch.
 I'm still a fan of the hidden toggle  But then again there are all these guys with push button relay starts.
