 Door speaker grill HELP!! |

I am spraying my interrior red to match the cars colour, ive managed to take off most pieces except the front door speaker grills, how the hell do you take them off?? ive tried pulling and tried to ease it out but all seems to do is put too much pressure on the plastic, anyone know how to remove them safely??

or you can get really creative with replacement grills...
