Bought a stainless steel cat back exhaust for the gt4, a mongoose to be exact. i took it to my local exhaust garage, a well known garage, and they told me to fit the exhaust you need to drop/lower the rear subframe and possibly the front just to get the exhaust fitted.
Is this true?? plus the stock exhaust is ovaled at the front subframe to fit snug, and the new s/s exhaust system isnt, will this make a difference? Thanks guys!! -------------------- ![]() |

yep tis true you need to drop the rear subframe to get a decent zaust in, dont have to drop it all togther, just back the bolts off and you can get about an inch, enough to get it in or out. As for the front, if the flanges are large then you might need to. The flanges on mine are 2 bolt so can be taken off th front without undoing the front subframe. 2 bolt or 3?
