 Lip Kits, How to install |

Just a quick question i had, I want to order a 404 lip kit but Im a little confused, does the lips have some kind of glue on it and just sticks to the front/rear bumpers or does it get bolted? Just cuz if I buy used, maybe the glue would be already used? Confused?

what kind of tape exactly do you use? Do you know the name of it or the name of the brand? thanks
