 Lip Kits, How to install |

Just a quick question i had, I want to order a 404 lip kit but Im a little confused, does the lips have some kind of glue on it and just sticks to the front/rear bumpers or does it get bolted? Just cuz if I buy used, maybe the glue would be already used? Confused?
