ok well last night i was finishin up the celica, got it ALL done and tehn i turned it on to drive out and while my lowbeams were on my left blinker arrow was on. so i tryed my left blinker, and the 4 ways went on, tried the right blinker and the left blinker went on. 4 ways worked fine. Im thinkin its a grounding issue.
