so last night I had a little bit of a mishap, battery died windows open and rain pouring in, we tried jumping it and it just wouldn't quite get there, then all of a sudden my horn just starts blasting and wouldn't shut up, we take off the jumper cables and it quits, but now I have no power to anything... The battery is completely charged, but there is no power inside the car, no radio, no clock, no windows, nothing.. The courtesy lights come on but thats it, I NEED HELP!!! this is my DD!!
What I was thinking was the security system, alarm??? Like powering everything down cuz it thought it was being stolen??? That is the only thing I can think of i need help ASAP!!

I think I have the same problem. Often times, as I'm starting my car, I lose all power. Everything! So i pop the hood, thinking that it could only be that the battery cable is probably loose, I jiggle it around a bit and i check the inside for signs of power and its there.

But now it is happening more frequently. Could it be the 100amp fuse?
