i have a wideband and it will not work at anything under 13.5 or so volts. so I'm thinking of building or buying a dc to dc converter something that will take battery voltage 12-14v and give me a constant 14v ....any body have any ideas??
http://www.rowan.sensation.net.au/electronics/stepup.html I'm pretty good at reading car wiring diagrams but this is another language ![]()

so basically the problem is that your gauge won't work unless it has over 13.5 volts? why bother since your car when it runs is 14v and when it's off the battery should be 12.5v. i don't really get the problem.
as long as your car is on the gauge will work. is it installed? |
