Absolutely loving Toyota world..... Options

let me first start off by saying . I am EXTREAMLY frusterated and pissed off with toyota world right now. As some members know, i purchased some parts from them 11 months ago...11!!!!. And they werent big thing either. I had ordered some TRD bushings, Thermostat, and wires. Nothing too big. they said "yea no problem, they are gonna be coming out of japan, so your looking at 4-6 weeks."....4-6 weeks my ass. So i got on Jeff's ass about the order. So about a month and a half ago, he tells me the wires i ordered got lost between TRD in California and Toyota World in Texas. So then he tells me "im sorry, ill ship the rest of the stuff up to you right now"....Nope.

I called him today saying i got nothing, no tracking #, no nothing. He then says he will call me back in 5 min...28 min later i called him. Apprently they didnt send it out. So now apparently hes sending it out right now, and the wires went discontinued, so now hes crediting me back the $ for them.

Honestly, i know alot of people say that they are amazing, and get stuff easily. B.S. Im honestly really disapointed with them and i advise other members from not dealin with them for any special order parts from japan.

so update on this situation. Jeff sent the parts out on Friday. They got sent out, got all the way up to canada, and got shipped back to Texas because he didnt pay for shipping. He sent the parts COD. Normaly i wouldnt be pissed about that, its the fact that I PAID FOR SHIPPING originaly is what pisses me off.
