 Did I kill the engine??? |

At around 6pm or so I went to put a little oil in the engine than around 11pm the car started acting funny like it wanted to cut off. I pop the hood and realize I left the oil cap off. I top off the oil and than put the oil cap BACK ON. I went to start it and the knocking started.... Did the rod go because I forgot to put the oil cap back on?
BTW... Looking for a 3sgte, anyone around philly have one? -------------------- Celica *The Baby Supra*

lagos seems to have some good answers for you lol... regardless, id take it in a shop to see if anything was damaged

Took the car to the garage they took off the oil pan and told me everything looks fine internally. I'll take his word for it, hasn't failed me yet.
