Hi,
I am a new member of 6gc and I am currently shopping for a celica. I have come across this gt-s and it's in amazing condition w/170 000km on it. It has alpine deck and speakers w/sub, new summer tires with 16" toyota alloys, and he recently got new clutch and shocks. All leather w/sunroof. Details: # New Tires/Wheels 2 years ago (Dunlop SP Sport 9000 High Performance Summer Tires) # 4 Toyota OEM Steel Wheels with Michelin Pilot Alpin Winter Tires (Half tread remaining) # Alpine 9833 Deck and New Rear Alpine Speakers with MTX SubWoofer and Rockford Sub (NOTE: Lots of sound options for front set…there are 3 speakers per door) Asking $7200. With all the experience on this site, can someone let me know if I should go for this deal? I have not physically seen this car yet (guy lives VERY far from me). But when I do see it, I wanna have a decision and price in mind. BASICALLY, what is the max amount you would be willing to pay for this car? Any input is appreciated, Thanks in advance! 105k miles for that much?...I got my 00 GT-S 6-Speed for $8,500 with like 48k on it...I got my 94 rebuilder coupe for $80 with 150k on it....and it just needed a windshield and airbags. I bought my 97 WAY back in the day for $14,488 but it was like 2 years old back then and it had like 50k on it in mint condition. I got my 92 for $600 in decent condition with 160k on it.....what I am getting at is....
Unless it has SUPER low miles....don't pay a lot for it!! -------------------- ![]() |
