3SGTE or 3SGE, Who's done it and how was the process? Options

Anyone done an engine swap? I have a 1994 Celica GTS and I want to get a different engine with more power. From what I see I guess the best way to go would be the 3SGE or the 3SGTE if I wanted turbo. Now is there a big difference from installing the 3SGE or 3SGTE? Some people tell me that you need to change the Transmisson is that true?

Boost have you heard of a plcae called KSR in Scarborough. They've done many swaps for honda's and toyota and believe it or not he found me a 1992 3SGTE for 1500 canadian plus labour. I've know this guy for a long time since I grew up with him but do think if I place the turbo one in my car would have more problems down the road but I like the power. Plus getting an engine with Turbo may be more trouble as in cost more parts and life of engine may not be as good.
