just fitted them 2day what a difference to the stock amber ones!!!

Nope - that's how they sit [at least the GT4 ones do].
I was just telling someone that earlier - the pics do the JDM tails very little justice. They are soooo much nicer than USDM ones - even the red is much deeper and redder.
