Hey I had a quick question for anyone who has a California State legal header (probably DC sports or some other legit maker). What does it have on it to indicate it is CA state legal? The intakes have a CARB # on a little plate, is it similar with the exhaust headers? If anyone has one and could post a pic or describe it in some detail I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

On this piece I believe it has a number which indicates that it is legal to have. Also, I think when you buy them legit (like from the manufacturer) it comes with a sticker that you are suppose to put somewhere under your hood. This is for when a cop pulls you over and makes you pop the hood, you have proof that its legal. I've been wanting to purchase some DC headers from a random car (cheapest possible) and cut off the C.A.R.B. logo and have it welded to my non-street legal header. Then just put the sticker under my hood.... --------------------  |
